Attendance

As part of your child's education at the academy, staff work closely to ensure positive engagement in education. It is evidenced that the longer a student is on roll with us at the academy, the greater the gains in percentage attendance.

Attendance Registers:

Attendance registers are taken twice a day. Morning registers open at 8.45am and close at 9.45am. Students that arrive after 9.45am must report to Reception to ensure the register is amended to show their presence. Students leaving the Academy during the day due to illness or medical appointments should also sign out at Reception. Registers show whether students are present, absent or not required to attend due to being dual registered and attending another provision.
